A lively, dry Chardonnay with a light yellow-green to straw-yellow hue.  This wine has a fine snap of acidity, Granny Smith apple flavors, and a sweet-anise finish.

This Chardonnay comes alive with a plate of food: salty shell-fish, light-textured white-fish, and chicken will bring out the fruit.

 2007 Chardonnay

A polished wine that is silky textured with a pale yellow-green hue.  It provides a mouthful of well-integrated flavors including pear, lemon peel, honeydew, and lychee fruit.  This wine perfectly balances the essences of dry and sweet.

This Sauvignon Blanc would be a fine match for a simple meal of shell-fish or seafood.

 2006 Sauvignon Blanc

A young wine just recently brought back from the 1900's, this wine is a light and fruity blend with hints of strawberries and cherries.  Although this wine is sweet, it serves as an excellent table wine and is very versatile.

It will pair up nicely with any southern, home cooked meal.

 Sweet Red Table Wine

Color hue of this Rosé is cherry-like.  This wine is flamboyantly fruity, reminiscent of maraschino cherries, candied strawberries and raspberries.

The Texas Rosé begs for a red-checkered picnic cloth laden with BBQ, or a southern style brunch of salty ham or sausage and buttery biscuits.

 2009 Texas Rose

True to its character, this wine provides an elegant perfume of roses and lemon.  It has a lovely spiciness, notes of ripe pineapple, peaches, and orange blossoms and pleases with a long full finish.

This Muscat Canelli would be an elegant partner for desserts and sharp cheeses.  Also good enjoyed instead of dessert.

 2008 Muscat Canelli

A robust Cabernet with a deep garnet-red hue and typical varietal aromas and flavors of blackberries, black cherries, currants, bell pepper; accented with a spicy, vanilla oak taste.  This wine has a good body and a silky long finish.

This Cabernet calls for a big juicy Texas steak.

 2007 Texas Cabernet Sauvignon

The color is a typical red ruby hue and very intense bouquet.  It has a great array of typical aromas of strawberry, violets, and iris.  The flavor is fruity, structured, and with a long finish.

 2007 Sangiovese

Its aroma is accented by a pronounced spiciness that suggests cinnamon, sassafras, or mint. Harmonizes well with a variety of foods: grilled salmon, a good cut of roast beef, or any dish that features mushrooms as its main flavor element.

 2006 Texas Pinot Noir

A dark, ruby red wine.  It boasts a viscous and dense full-mouth feel, typical of a hearty red.  It showcases fruity, varietal aromas of mulberry and plums, and is capped with spices such as cloves and vanilla.  Its pleasant, dry flavor, good structure and balance lend to a long, elegant finish.

 125th Anniversary 2006 Texas Lenoir

Typical brown/orange color hue, this Port tantalizes with exotic aromas of toffee and coffee.  It has a warm fruity taste of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and roasted coffee with a sweet long finish.
